Basketball, Cars, Surprises and a Royal Wedding

I had a wonderful weekend! It was relaxing and crazy busy all at the same time. I got to spend the whole weekend with my family. I took a vacation day on Friday to spend with Mackenzie and my mom.  The guys went on a day long fishing trip. Us girls slept in, stayed in our pjs all day, and watched the Royal Wedding. As we waited to see Kate in her dress, I started to think about my own wedding. Of course, I wanted the fairy tale wedding with lots of lilies (my favorite flower), the cake, and the Grace Kelly inspired dress. But more important, I was going to marry my prince charming. Chris has now been my prince for twelve years! It seems like yesterday we were planning our wedding.  The guys caught two spoonbills (type of fish) and a bad sunburn. Trevor had a blast and I heard about it all night.
Saturday, Trevor played in his first competitive basketball tournament. He played three games in four hours. His team didn’t win, but I couldn’t be more proud of him! He had averaged eight points a game.  After the games, we went to a car show with my parents. I came home with a special gift from my husband. Sunday was more basketball games and then spending the afternoon at home.
Here are some pictures to document my weekend.

A few photos from my wedding.

My surprise from my husband. This is Gabi, the cat he adopted for me.
